Pilgrim Theological Conference is committed to serving the Body of Christ by bringing to Manila trusted Reformed and Presbyterian scholars, pastors, and theologians who are experts in their respective fields and who can speak on topics that have significant impacts on the continuing life and ministry of the Christian church today.

In 2017, we were pleased to host a conference with Rev. Dr. Rowland S. Ward on the Westminster Standards entitled, “To Glorify and Enjoy God: Confessing the Westminster Standards Today.”

This June 2019, we are pleased to again host a conference on church leadership and practice entitled, “Gathering and Perfecting Sinners and Saints: How Christ Gives Us All That We Need” with Rev. Dr. Chad van Dixhoorn.

Dr. Chad Van Dixhoorn (PhD, Cambridge University) is a Professor of Church History and the Director of the Craig Center for the Study of the Westminster Standards at Westminster Theological Seminary. He also serves as an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. Van Dixhoorn has held a number of additional teaching positions and has also served as an Associate Pastor at Cambridge Presbyterian Church (UK) and also at Grace Presbyterian Church (Vienna, VA) for nine years.

Dr. Van Dixhoorn’s academic interests include the historical documents of the Westminster Assembly, English Puritanism, and Presbyterian history. He has been widely recognized for his publication of a five-volume work on the Westminster Assembly, The Minutes and Papers of the Westminster Assembly, 1643–1652, and has published numerous articles on a variety of theological topics. He is currently working on a major monograph on the Westminster Assembly, as well as a complete edition of John Lightfoot’s journals. Both volumes are to be published by Oxford University Press.

I’d like to register for 10 members. Is there bulk pricing?

We do not offer bulk pricing. But you can avail of the Early Bird discount when you pay on or before April 30, 2019.

How much is the registration fee?

Early Bird rates will end on April 30, 2019. After April 30th, regular rates will apply.

Which payment methods do you accept?

As of now, we only accept bank deposit or online/mobile transfer to our BPI bank account. You may find the account information at Step 2 of our Registration Instructions over here.

I suddenly cannot make it. Do you offer refunds?

All paid registration fees are final and are non-refundable. But we will allow transfer of registrations to one person only. Kindly email us at pilgrimtheocon@gmail.com should there be any changes to your registration.

Where is the conference venue?

The conference venue is at Balay Kalinaw (Ikeda Hall) or UP Balay Internasyonal, which is inside the University of the Philippines, Guerrero corner Dagohoy Streets, 1101 Diliman, Quezon City.

Is there ample parking at the conference venue?

Yes. There is a designated parking lot across the venue. There are also ample parking spaces around the University of the Philippines Diliman campus.
